The Corvette

The Corvette is a cornerstone of the classic car era. The first production year was 1953 with only 300 vehicles available and surprisingly, the car was not an immediate hit in the first year of production.

The 1963 edition of the Corvette is one of the most popular for car collectors because of the fact that the 1963 model was the first year of the coupe-style body. More importantly, the '63 model was the only year of the split window in the back of the car.

The 1968 model is also very popular because of the restructure to the body style. A particular characteristic that makes this version so popular is the T-Top removable panels. Another small difference for this model is the pop-up headlights.

Today, the Corvette can be recognized by its futuristic design. The 2020 Corvette can go 0-60 in under 3 seconds with its' mid-engine set-up, a futuristic trait in its own right.
